All passes and products are considered non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified elsewhere in our terms and conditions.

Unless explicitly stated in the product-specific terms and conditions or covered by a current promotion as outlined under the “Promotions” section of this page, Season Pass products will not be refundable under any circumstances unless Pass Protection has been purchased.

For other products, applications for rollovers, credits, or refunds will be considered for injury or medical reasons, or where travel restrictions imposed by a regulatory body precludes usage of your products across the entire season. NZSki reserves the right to obtain independent advice to validate any claim. All refunds will be made in New Zealand Dollars. If you paid by a credit card denominated in a foreign currency, the amount that you are refunded in your foreign currency may differ from what you were charged at the time of booking due to changes in the foreign exchange rates, non-refundable or additional bank or credit card charges, or other factors. NZSki will accept no liability for any loss that may be suffered due to these factors in relation to the amount refunded.

NZSki reserves the right to obtain independent advice to validate any claim.
